Work included the interior build-out of five building additions totaling 31,600 square feet. These additions included three office areas, one computer print area, one connector building, remodeling of the existing warehouse (10,100 sf) and office space (11,200 sf). The project required extensive coordination and construction phasing with the owner to insure that the office and printing operations remain in service during the construction and renovation work.
