Completed in May of 2000, Pepperwood Village located at 156th & West Dodge Road in Omaha, Nebraska is a 127,000 sf up scale retail center anchored by Baker's Supermarkets. In 2002 PDM, Inc. requested us to return to this site to construct an additional 9,600 sf retail building in the same location.
PDM, Inc., a developer and property management company, has been a customer since the late eighties. Projects have varied from maintenance projects, code compliance issues, remodels and new construction.
